Anger Management is a structured therapeutic approach used to help people recognize, understand, and control their angry feelings. 

We offer individual classes and Anger Management Groups. Our goal is not to eliminate anger, as it is one of the emotions that is used to express anger; however, we want to teach you how to express it in ways that are safe, constructive, and sustainable.

Key Goals & Techniques:

Identify Triggers: Learn to pinpoint what sparks your anger, such as stress or just being overwhelmed.

Create a Pause: Develop coping skills that build a safe distance between your initial emotional reaction and your behavior.

Physical Calming: Practice deep breathing or progressive muscle relaxation, which lowers your heart rate and internal tension.

Assertive Communication: Express your needs and frustration clearly and respectfully without being aggressive or passive-aggressive.
